During 2019, the supplier took a new strategic approach, moving to franchise their business. The brand changed to an advanced platform with Game Adaption Tools & Interface product, changing the way they do business. With the change, operators can create their own iGaming offering that is supported by and completed in partnership with Yggdrasil Publishing.

The brand created its new publishing arm based on three core value propositions; the YG Franchise, YG Masters and YG Game IP.

According to the software provider…

CEO Fredrik Elmqvist commented on the award win by stating: “Winning this award for a record fourth year in row is an amazing achievement. It is testament to the huge effort the entire Yggdrasil team has put in to launch the game-changing Yggdrasil Publishing and the investment we put into slot innovation and new mechanics.”

Utilizing New Splitz Mechanic:

Just a few weeks ago, Yggdrasil announced a new game titled Temple Stacks. The new online slot features the special Splitz mechanic, offering up to 248,832 pay ways. The new mechanic will change the 3×5 slot grid to reels that have infinite potential. Splitz can appear randomly on any reel with mystery stacks dropping down on to the reels and revealing three to nine identical stacked symbols which adds a ton of winning potential to the Aztec-themed release.
